Lab Partner Jr. v1 or v2? How to tell them apart
The Lab Partner Jr. v2 (LPJ2) replaces the original Lab Partner Jr. v1 headphone and headset (LPJ1 and LPJ1m), which are now discontinued. Same headphone, same sound, same ear cushions. The one change is the cable socket: the v2 takes the same plug-in cables and SpringBoom™ microphones as our K6d and BKd headphones, so one set of spare cables now fits all three. Need a microphone? Add the SpringBoom™ mic to your LPJ2 order, with a 3.5mm or a USB-C plug.

Not sure which one you have? Look at the bottom of the earcup where the cable goes in. A small round hole, flush with the shell, means v1; a raised, eye-shaped port means v2.
