One Year “No-Nonsense” Warranty

Warranty Coverage for BK and K6 Series Headsets & Accessories

One-Year Warranty for Individual Use: SchoolPHONES® provides a one-year warranty for our BK and K6 series headsets & accessories, covering any defects or issues that arise from normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of first use and applies to scenarios where each headset is assigned to and used by a single student (1:1). The in service date is established by writing the date of 1st use and student’s name on the underside of the headband with an indelible marker

90-Day Warranty for Shared Use: Where the BK and K6 series headsets are shared among multiple users, such as in a classroom or lab setting, we offer a 90-day warranty. This ensures that even in high-usage environments, our products are supported and maintained.

Warranty Coverage for LPJ and LPJm Models & Accessories

One-Year Warranty in All Scenarios: The Lab Partner Jr. (LPJ) and Lab Partner Jr. with Microphone (LPJm) models are designed for shared and lab environments. These headsets and their respective accessories come with a comprehensive one-year warranty, regardless of whether they are used by individual students or shared among multiple users.
