One Year “No-Nonsense” Warranty
Warranty Coverage for BK and K6 Series Headsets & Accessories
One-Year Warranty for Individual Use: SchoolPHONES® provides a one-year warranty for our BK and K6 series headsets & accessories, covering any defects or issues that arise from normal use. This warranty is valid from the date of first use and applies to scenarios where each headset is assigned to and used by a single student (1:1). The in service date is established by writing the date of 1st use and student’s name on the underside of the headband with an indelible marker
90-Day Warranty for Shared Use: Where the BK and K6 series headsets are shared among multiple users, such as in a classroom or lab setting, we offer a 90-day warranty. This ensures that even in high-usage environments, our products are supported and maintained.
Warranty Coverage for LPJ and LPJm Models & Accessories
One-Year Warranty in All Scenarios: The Lab Partner Jr. (LPJ) and Lab Partner Jr. with Microphone (LPJm) models are designed for shared and lab environments. These headsets and their respective accessories come with a comprehensive one-year warranty, regardless of whether they are used by individual students or shared among multiple users.
How to make a Warranty claim
- Contact Us: If you experience any issues with your SchoolPHONES® headsets or other products, please contact us directly via phone Toll Free: +1-800-286-3481, or if you prefer, fill out the details on the online form.
- Response from a Representative: A representative will review your claim and discuss the warranty options with you.
- Submit Evidence: Typically, we will ask for a picture of the damaged product. A mobile phone shot will due along with a description of the failure. In some cases, we may request the item to be returned for further investigation. This helps us understand the cause of the breakage and improve future generations of SchoolPHONES® products.
- Receive Your Replacement: Once your claim is approved, we will send out a replacement headset.
Important Note: Our warranty does not cover intentional or damage by abuse. Ensuring that our headsets are used responsibly helps maintain their durability and performance.

Returns and Refunds
At SchoolPHONES®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are handled on a case by case basis.

If we discover an error in the price or availability of any product you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled.

When you place an order through the Site, you are agreeing to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary based on availability and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping services.
7. Limitation of Liability
SchoolPHONES® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
9. Governing Law

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
